A Few rules abour posting resources.

1. All resources must be safe, please be certain that the file is virus-free before offering it to other members.

2. When posting tutorials, dont try and call a tutorial someone else has made your own. Because you will be caught.

This is here for the benefit of everyone, dont screw it up for other people.
